Further, and more importantly, we strongly encourage giving back to the community. If you choose to donate any of the incentive funds as outlined below to a charity of your choice, the firm will match your donation by 50%. As the great Winston Churchill once said: "We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give". 
 

Monetary incentives are as follows:
 

• $250 for firms with 6-9 employees

• $500 for firms with 10-24 employees

• $1,000 for firms with 25-49 employees

• $2,500 for firms with 50-99 employees

• $5,000 for firms with 101+ employees
